2. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

• With Consent: If you consent to P&P Bulgaria using your personal data for evaluating potential employment opportunities and including it in the company’s professional database, we will store it for a period of five years. P&P Bulgaria will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Without Consent: If you do not consent to your data being included in our professional database for future opportunities, but only for the specific position you applied for, we will store your data for a maximum of 30 days after the recruitment campaign ends. It will then be removed from our database.
• Automatic Deletion: After five years, your data will be automatically deleted unless you provide renewed consent for continued storage in our professional database.

We may contact you via the email address provided to request the renewal of your consent and/or updates to your resume. If you do not actively agree to an extension, your documents will automatically be removed from our database. Submitting an updated resume is considered an active consent.

3. How Do We Use Your Data?

• We use your data solely to evaluate your qualifications for the position you applied for. During this process, we may share your data with our client under strict confidentiality.
• If you have consented to storage, we will compare your qualification profile with new vacancies and contact you if we identify opportunities that align with your experience and interests.
